You see here a toilet... But what's the deal with the feet? I've seen these on several toilets. I'm not left which much more than a question. Is this toilet supposed to move? Do they come alive at night? Anyone know?

Unlike human feet, these ones prevent stink. You know how under your sink there is a u-shape bend in the pipe? This is the toilet equivalent. Water gets trapped in there and blocks noxious odors from coming up the sewer line and into your house.
Why can you see this feature on most toilets? That has to do with the casting process. The short answer is you need to keep the wall thickness as uniform as possible.
