March 31, 2007- BYU Baseball played Binghamton University. This was my greenie area of my mission. It was a great game. We went to our usual spot right behind the visiting team and my brother taunted the visiting team as usual, but these guys were different. Unlike every other team who were taught not to respond to any heckling from the crowd, these guys talked to us, and joked with us and were really nice. By the end of the game we had made friends with a guy we started calling "Wheels" because he was so fast and stole lots of bases, and Pat the catcher who was a guy who initially made the comment, "You guys are awesome, we never get a crowd like this in New York, its like 200 tops." Oh, you gotta love New York. :)
