Lately, I needed a project to keep me occupied during the evening hours. I wanted to have it be meaningful, and so I chose to take up quilting. I started by making two baby quilts for my two darling nieces Katie and Lindsay. I circled the quilting wagons with my good friends Janie and Jessika and gathered additional ideas from books and blogs. I could go on... but the jit of it is, I did it!!! The first one I learned some valuable lessons, but it wasn't too far off of where I needed to be, which I was great... so here they are:
