Winning in the Kitchen

Several of you know that I write for the local newspaper food section. This past month I decided to tackle an article that I've always wondered about. Being that I don't drink alcohol, I wanted to know the ramifications of cooking with alcohol. Several people have told me different things over the years... so I figured this was a great opportunity to go to the source.
