The Update...

Well folks, for those of you who were "waiting" to hear the sequel to the "waiting" saga... I got a date... but it was drama-o-rama! Here's the breakdown... he's my Hometeacher and when I asked if he was going to ask me out again (about a week or two after the first date) he texted... "Your fun and a good friend, but I don't date HTees due to the school of hard knocks."

Ya- that was a fun text to get. Needless to say I was frustrated and done. But three days later he was kicked out of our ward because he is 31... so he was no longer my HTer. But being prideful, I thought surely there had to be more than the HTer thing, so he won't really come around... and then...

All of the sudden he has been stopping over tons and asking to hang out with me. On Saturday he called me up and cashed in on a dinner that I owed him from long ago. And then later that night texted and then stopped by. We are going out on Friday... but I must say... this one is unlike any guys I've ever dated... so to anyone reading who is swooning... realize this guy ranks highest among the many guys I've dated that are unpredictable. So I really don't know what will happen.

He is in law school and is a feisty one... and I gotta admit... I love that. I like someone who challenges me and debates heavily with me... but he graduates from law school this April and then heads out to LA... who knows what will happen (given my history... most likely nothing).
